Experience
Coming to my past experience I was working as an teaching assistant at my under graduate college for 2 years. My aim as a teacher has always been to serve students with the best of the knowledge which would help them to come up the curve and understand the concept. Getting the basics right is the main focus as it helps to solve complex problems in subjects like programming , database etc. Also sharing the experience with students helps in understanding the situations more clearly.
