I am 19yrs old, currently attending San Jose State university. I am in my 3rd year of college majoring finance, and minor in business administration. My plan is to become a financial analyst someday after I graduate. I am trying to earn part-time money to help with gas money, supplies and expense.
Experience
I have been a honor and gate student since kindergarten through high school. I enjoy helping kids learn. I am patient and understanding with kids. As I have a younger brother of my own, and I do tutor my little nephew. I had tutored friends when I was in high school. I am able to think outside of the box and explain concepts in different ways or use metaphors to help students understand the content. I enjoy making learning more fun and seeing students improve in their confidence and abilities. As a kid growing up I have always been a passionate learner and reader. I believe that I can help younger kids with my teaching because of my learning experience as a gate student.
